Dedicated public safety professionals serve Reedsburg
24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week.
The Reedsburg Police Department employs 20 sworn officers and 7 non-sworn clerical staff, receptionists and dispatchers. The 2003 completion of a new building has increased the department's ability to serve the City of Reedsburg.
The Reedsburg Fire Department is a volunteer fire department with a long history of dedicated service. Regular training sessions ensure firefighters have the training they need to protect lives and property.
The City of Reedsburg contracts with the Reedsburg Area Ambulance Service for emergency medical response. R.A.A.S. has 3 ambulances operating out of their facility on 230 Railroad Street.

The Reedsburg Municipal Court provides local service to alleged violators of city ordinances. Established in 2007, court is held at the Reedsburg City Hall.
